Our introductory courses to meditation are held regularly and in various different locations in Bristol. We have been giving free meditation classes in Bristol since 1984. All of our instructors have been meditating daily for at least 15 years and are experienced at giving classes.
Our courses are always practical as we feel that meditation is something that has to be felt and experienced. We introduce many different techniques, ancient and modern, and encourage you to build-up your own meditation practice at home.
