An important aspect of Sri Chinmoy's philosophy is the concept of self-transcendence; the aspiration to improve and go beyond our past capacities. Students of Sri Chinmoy have competed in sports which include multi-day distance running, cycling and swimming.
This video is an introduction to one such event organised by Sri Chinmoy's students - the Self-Transcendence Triathlon put on by the Sri Chinmoy Centre in Portishead.
